I was staring at your photo for quite a while before I wrote this .. there is something magical about that image .. it just draws me to it .. maybe memory of my dad when I was growing up .. he was a fisherman .. this is an excellent post

The lights on the boat draw me into the shot.....very solitary

Howard is right... there is something magical about this scene. It is so peaceful and beautiful. The colors and compostion makes this a striking image.

Yes.. It's peaceful indeed. It's the Straits of Malacca... There's no big wave here... But few years ago, on the 26th December 2004, this is one of the places that was hit by the big tsunami.

A truly great image. The colors are so good and the composition is flawless. You've placed the boat in a perfect spot and it woudn't be half the picture without the boat.
