Default I don't know where they thought I would stand....

When we just recently visited the Grand Canyon I ran across this sign....
Signs

I am not sure if they realized I wouldn't have stood anywhere else...

When the mules stop for a break they have you face them to the drop off to make sure they don't step off the cliffs....

That is so funny Angella and these are also excellent photographs. The grand canyon is a lovely place to take photogaphs. Thanks for the laugh.

Dave.

Like, Duh! Where else would I stand??? Interesting shots. I certainly wouldn't be standing on the edge...

Some times you have to wonder....Did they have to post the sign because someone really stood on the edge??

Funny post Angella....
FYI, in over a century of doing this ride, there has never been an accident is what I read.

Thank you guys.....apparently someone thought someone (NOT I) would give up the protection of the inside of a ledge for some mules. Hey, I am an animal lover but not at the expense of a long ways down.....
