Default Puppets in a bar

Across the road from parliament is the Backbencher Pub and Cafe which is literally and figuratively the heart of political satire in the Capital of New Zealand.

Here are a couple of examples of the puppets on display

Don Brash - a former leader of the National Party when it was in opposition.

The late Sir Robert Muldoon former Prime Minister of NZ ( known as Piggy Muldoon )
