thats not exactly the easiest pic to name....

I would go with waiting for rain - but that makes no sense as their is a large irrigation station in the shot

How about - the growing season

I don't have a name for you, but on My wifes 1st trip to America last year. She was amazed to see this type of watering system when we drove through Idaho and Wyoming. We have a rice plantation in Thailand and she was wondering if these would work there, I told her probably not as rice has different needs.

Agreed, This is by far not the easiest picture to name and again I am horrible about it. Thank you though
