Default The Marriage Stone

The stone's a millstone grit outcrop not far from Baslow Edge. The story is that in days of old, young men from the village would climb it to prove their readiness for marriage.

Yes, the clouds were great, but how much truth there is in that story I wouldn't like to guess.
