Default What's that in my pool? A Husky?

Took Trent for a 5 mile walk on the trails through the woods and he was hot and tired so he decided to go for a refreshing swim to cool off:

That is all my husky wants to do in the summer. I feel bad for them because they have such thick coats and in Portland, it's in the 90's and 100's. Great shots!

kirbinster,

Not only are these excellect crisp clear photos...but your Trent is a spectacular looking dog, being a animal lover and in a family of dog trainers and golden retriever rescuers I can spot a "Best Friend" anywhere you are very lucky to have him, I would love to see more shots, thanks for sharing these. Enjoy

Well I have three Huskies, and more pictures of them than ANYONE would ever want to see. But if you want to check them out here are several sets on my flickr page:

Sibes- Cam Phone - a set on Flickr
Sibes - a set on Flickr
First Snow Fall - a set on Flickr
Swimming Huskies - a set on Flickr
Trent Swimming - a set on Flickr

PS- you will find picture of them dressed, but that is because Kirby had surgery and needed the shirt to keep him from chewing on himself.

Don't feel all that bad, that thick coat insulates them from both Cold AND Heat! Mine will sunbath on the blacktop driveway when it is 95 degrees out and when you touch them you feel like the fur is on fire.

What a sweet boy! You can almost see the look of refreshment on his face.

Love the pics.

Nice shots. I mention bath or get the hose and my Westie disappears.
