Thanks guys, yes we get hummingbirds but I got the feeders out late this summer so we get less this year than in years past.

Nice composition on both. The bird feeder caught my attention first then I saw the sunburst. Looks great!

The second one almost looks like and HDR but I'm assuming it was just the lighting. Looks like early morning or late evening.

I like the deep red color on one side and the sunburst on the other.. nice contrast and good focus on feeder , the reflection is really cool .

Interesting view in the second, something pretty ordinary that has a strong emotion to some viewers changes how the viewer sees it, in this case reminds me of the 4th of july and mid summer.. Well taken , good details and color tones..

thanks much for showing them.. I'm sure your photography mentor will approve
