Thumbs up Like Mother, Like Daughter...

Looks like my little Victoria is going to follow in my footsteps, too! She cried her little heart out when I put the cameras away. The second one she took of me with my little Sony P&S - it's almost completely SOOC - I had to do just a slight levels tweak because it was a bit on the dark side. No cropping or anything else, though!

Thanks for looking, as always!

Like Mother, Like Daughter!

My 3 1/2 year old took this one!

OMG, that's a lotta camera for a little girl...she is adorable.
A question....I've seen it a few times on here and I confess my ignorance...what does SOOC mean? I have an idea, but I don't want to guess.

Give me the child until they are seven, and I'll give you the photographer.
I misquote of course but the maxim remains the same.
Its never too early to get good at something and then learn how to do it properly
Good job to both of you

Lol. Susan what a lovely post this is. I know the feeling with my David. She did a great job and you must be so proud of her. The mascot of DPS takes a picture of one of our mystro's. A wonderful team. lol Team Susan.

It's great to see her showing an interest, I guess a professional Model should know the otherside of the camera too !! she looks really cute with that big camera and lense on it !

I think it's great that Joey and Victoria are showing an interest .. hopefully they will always have the big to bring a camera with them

I'd just like to point out, that I think you have the lense cap on the camera Susan !!

/hug

Don't feel ignorant. I had to ask that myself once upon a time. I am glad someone answered that for you!

Susan, I love this shot. So are you working on the kids challenge? She looks so cute, and you are a way more trusting Mom then I am. I don't even let my 11 y.o. hold my camera. Both my girls have there own digital p&s cameras. They have had camera's themselves since they were both able to point and shoot literally. Some of my friends said we were nuts for buying such expensive cameras for our kids when they were so little but it beats waisted film. I delete all the bad pics when they are in bed. Now my 11yo is pretty good at it. She has taken some great shots.
Anyhow Princess Victoria looks very comfortable and I think your right, she is gonna give you a run for your money. I see a camera in her very near future.

Victoria already has great camera posture! She's cradling that big lens perfectly. What's that going to do to the family budget with 3 photographers in the same household?
