Default Cloning - A first attempt

I was pretty bored this morning and figured I would give this a try.. Two shots both at f/9 22mm and 1/15th exposure 10 sec timer.. Need to spend some time on the post process but worth the work when you see it come together.. Yes, I do wish there were two of me at times!

Nice job. Can you tell us the steps you used to do this?

Have to agree with some of the other comments... I also wish there were a few more of me too, although dont think my husband would agree with this (one of me is bad enough apparently LOL).

Love the shot. Have never figured out how to do this type of thing, but then again, patience is not one of my strong points! Thanks so much for sharing your handy work with us all.

Thanks all for the comments. I followed the guide here that came up in a thread here on DPS. The thread is great and has alot of really good info on how to achieve this type of image. Check out the thread here. Although I didn't follow step by step my image here was more of a brute force approach. Photoshop post process with Magic wand selection to copy and paste the second me (on the right in this case) as new layer and blended a bit . I think I am going to try working with another one of these this weekend with one of the kids to see If I can get a better result..
