Default HDR house

So my father is a real estate agent and is not well versed in the art of photography like many of his peers. He has a 750,000 house on the market (big price for the market around here) and I thought it would be fun to go and shoot it for him.

Turns out it was a very enjoyable experience. I heavily employed HDR because it offered both the view out of the windows and the details of the interior in one shot. architectural photography is the perfect application for HDR. I tried to keep it very conservative because the point of Real estate photos is more to show what you're getting in the house, not the photo itself. Anyways, it looks like there could be some real money in this, and I've got someone on the inside already!

Here are some of the best, and here are the rest.

This is actually two separate HDR composites, stitched together in photoshop.

Those are excellent pictures. I've often wondered why agents that were selling such high-end properties would not employ a photographer to come in and REALLY do it right.

Maybe some do .. I just don't see that often.

Great work!

Thumbs up

These are excellent! The second and third shot should sell your services to any real estate agent within a 100 mile radius of you, IMO. Shots like that draw people in, which is exactly the goal of real estate. Nice work, man. Nice way to find a niche!
