Default Out with my boys..

Well guys, I flaunted my Open passes yesterday and thought I better come through with some snaps .. We had an awesome day at Glen Abbey down the road in Oakville .. very feww opportunities to take a camera to PGA events so I was careful to set up in AV while we were bussed from parking to the course .. AV? yup, 5.6 AV .. yup .. white balance at -2/3 for the sun .. yup .. click sound off so as to not tick off the Pro's .. yup .. ISO at 100 as the sun was high .. yyyyuuuuuup .. did you guys ever notice that when you wear your single vision sunglasses as opposed to your progressives (bifocals kinda) a 1 looks a lot like a 4? .. yup ... 128 shots all shot at ISO 400 in the mid day sun .. enjoy! .. I suggest your single vision sunglasses for these . .. LOL .. UGH ...

What are you looking at??

focus

Whatever, take your best try .. I'm sitting here all smug and pretty .. nice dimples to boot ..

hit me

OK .. that hurt but just a bit .....

hit me Camillo

The reason the day was a joy .. My boys with Joe Thornton of the Sharks .. my guys aint 6'4, 235 .. so yes they are the bookends

the boys with joe thornton

Looks like you had a great day Ian. I love all these mate but the thirs one showing all the power from the swing is excellent. Nice to see the boys too. Not sure who Joe Thornton or the Sharks are but I guess he and they must be famous around your parts.
Great work round the course Ian.

Dave.

Thanks as always Jake .. The sound was unreal loud as we're in a close area surrounded by forest .. My son turned to me and asked if I captured it as a Video .. I asked Camillo to hit a mulligan but he was reluctant -- being 330 down the pipe will do that to ya ..

Thx so much .. the only time I took it off AV set at 400 was for the ball ..I flipped to a custom set I had saved for that one .. I ruined tons of picture .. good memories for sure, and they'll fill a printed album ok .. just noisy as get go ..
