Default My Take on Caldey Island lighthouse

Here is another shot from the weekend, this is caldey island lighthouse, the other side of the island from the monestry in yesterdays shot.

Good capture, I love using the symmetry composition with architecture. Also the cloud is stunning

Nice shot, Glyn. I love the way the clouds darken and along with the grass in the forground it gives a lovely forboding feel to this photo.

Great shot Glyn. I love light houses and you captured this one really nicely. The dark clouds really set this apart. Good one.

really like the way it almost looks superimposed on the clouds - it gives a great felling of depth to the image

Well captured and presented Glyn. I like lighthouses and this is particularly handsome example and dramatic sky, excellent work

Thank you, the clouds look like a storm was brewing, but it passed us by, the image does seem forboding. Thanks again.

Great shot !
I was out kitesurfing at Pendine yesterday, so probably caught the wind off these clouds!

I love Caldey...a truly amazing island, no matter what your religion or take on life.

Took this with a fisheye...the sky was impressively blue, but not as dramatic as yours

Caldey is a very beautiful place, 1st time I've been there but will be going back for sure. Maybe see you over there sometime.
