Talking Horsing Around. - First time photographing a big animal!

I got a great chance to go and shoot something completely new today after having to reschedule it 3 times due to the weather. Meet Sarina and Buddy the horse who's the friendliest and laid back animal I have ever met. I did also post these in my photoblog and on my flickr photostream should you be interested in seeing more of these two.

Sarina & Buddy

A snack before we shoot.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks! I'm quite happy with how they all turned out. I think it was a Sunday well spent.

I love the composition of the first and the fourth shots. It's a gorgeous horse and seems calm, therefore a good subject. Nice work Travis

He was a very curious creature and wouldn't stop trying to lick me and my camera. I came into it expecting a creature that would be easily startled.

I love the first one! Nice work - though is there something on her cheek? Possibly a spot of stray hairs that was missed in post..

Also love the others, especially #2. Armstrong, what a great name.
