Default Cockatoo's in flight

White cockatoos in flight. This is just 5 of the 2 or 3 hundred that were in the flock.

Nice shot. Welcome to dps!!!

I didn't know they flocked in such large groups. Do you have any close-ups?

Default Cockatoos

I don't have any good close ups as yet. But I have attached a photo of the flock before they took off.

Funny that my daughter and I have talked many times about being able to see this very thing. Are they noisy when they fly?

My mom and I always talked about seeing that in flight, and or the McCaws in flight. Is this from Australia? I heard they are a real nuisance there? Personally I think they are all beautiful. Can't wait to see more.

Default Cockatoos

These were taken in Australia. They can be very noisey. They do also cause alot of damage and have been known to even wreck buildings by eating the woodwork.
