Your koi pond is just beautiful. You must take great pleasure in being able to see such lovely creatures every day. Your woodpecker looks like he is wearing a red hat. Ours have a red spot but not this amazing extra bit of apparrel. Your flowers are lovely, too. Something tells me we're going to get some lessons in Trinidad beauty from you!

Thank you Lindy, I do enjoy the koi's, I got them about 2 inches and now the biggest one is about 18 inches. I really got lucky with the woodpecker, just followed the sounds and there he was. And yes I plan to show the beauty of Trinidad and Tobago on this site, hope you continue to enjoy.

Thanks Michael, I really enjoy taking care of the koi pond, and this was one of my favourite captures of it. The woodpecker visits regularly, but this was my best shot of it.

Beautiful shots! Your Koi are quite large and look hungry! Neat woodpecker shot and the flower is spot on! Well done and thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comments Mike, those kois are always hungry, no matter how much they are fed.
