This was the last image of over 3000 photos i took for a timelaps of the concert setup. I spent a bit of time editing it to get the look and feel and i hope you enjoy . Ive had alot of ppl ask me for copys of this image and such so i figured id put one on ebay to to see how well it dose ( a 20"x8" print)

If you can prove it's one of your images I'd be tempted to contact them and let them know that they need your permission to use it. Being that it's a commercial site (by the look of it to me) I'd tell them if they want to keep using it, that it'll cost them. There are a few threads that discuss rates for such usage... at least that way you have an idea what to tell them it'll cost to keep using it. And if they're not willing to pay then tell them they have to pull it or you'll pursue legal action. *just my 2 cents worth* Hopefully the Ebay sale works out for ya, too! It's a really great shot, by the way.
