I saw "The Book of Love" by JGo9 at flickr and could not resist giving the shot a try.

The reflection of love

I like how it came out: my wife´s name can be read on the ring and the heart shadow went fine, but maybe I should have gotten a thinner book in order to flatten the heart reflection. Details can be better appreciated in a bigger image, which is available here:

Just wanted to share it with you. It is amazing how one never stops learning in photography! It is such a challenge.

I got the idea from "The Book of Love" by JGo9 at flickr, so the creativity merit goes to Mr. Jonathan Goforth, on who´s picture I based mine. Check his flickr, he´s got great shots there!
