beautiful pics. how long did you have to wait til you got a shot? we have flowers and a feeder but the birds are too jumpy for me to wait outside.

I took these shots at a park in Stony Brook, NY. I love this park because of all the flowers. That is usually what I like to shoot most, but the hummingbird was my challenge. I was told this is a female and she was fast. Thanks

I like shooting flowers also, but eventually it gets old. and yes, it is a female, she doesn't have the ruby-colored throat
