Default Colorado Stream

Driving through Colorado around Aspen. Saw a stream just off the road. Stopped and shot this at 1/5 second by putting the camera down on a rock. Didn't have a tripod. All I had was the 18-55mm kit lens that came with my Rebel XTi.

The gradients of brown in this photo is just amazing. They change from light to dark, warm to cool. It is so pleasing to the eye.
