Default Butterfish

From La Casa

Here's a herbed up butterfish recipe (courtesy of www. recipezaar.com) to try.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, very soft
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
6 butterfish fillets
lemon wedge

Directions
1 In a bowl mix the butter, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and white pepper.
2 Place the ingrediets from the bowl into a frying pan on medium heat.
3 Once the butter has melted add the butterfish fillets and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until it is cooked to your satisfaction.
4 Squeeze the lemon wedge over the fish once cooked or serve as a garnish.

I thought I signed on the wrong site. I had to go back and check. Nice image. Do you have a recipe for all your images.

Thanks everyone for your compliments. I featured this on my blog so I thought why not include the recipe here..just in case anyone's interesting in trying out the recipe. By the way, the dish was photographed in a restaurant whereas the recipe is something I found featuring butterfish. I don't have the actual recipe from the restaurant.
