Default The DPS Mascot in High Contrast BW

Been working on high contrast bw conversions. Please do let me know if I'm on the right or wrong track! I see my own mistakes...but, do these look okay to you? I like the second one, better.

Of course, any other comments, good or bad, are always welcome. Let the opinions fly, LOL!

LOL about the DPS Mascot thing....Victoria has learned when she sees the background here and asks me, "Where are MY pictures, Mommy?"

Thank you everyone for your comments as always!

PS "LOL" at people on the internet that type "LOL" a lot. Losers! LOL......

Running to you, Mommy!

I'm a very serious child.

I just love that impish little DPS mascot...and so does Nikki Sue Nikon. Why, Nikki Sue just stuck her tongue out, too!

That 2nd shot was good for a laugh though.....Love that look......The black and white looks great.....in the first, the face is a little dark with the shadows but sometimes that's just the way it goes. I love b/w shots of people

Both beautiful shots, I agree with pj the first picture has a bit too much shadow on her face, you can't see those gorgeous eyes sparkle, but that comment is being very very picky because you asked.

The second one is dynamite. Look at those eyes, I see catch lights. Great focus and I like the conversion.

Both the pictures are very good.. The second one is a good catch.. hehe.. Now that she saw one of her expressions captured.. she might start doing all these weird faces in the hope that you catch them on camera.. you better be ready.. hehe..

I love the second one. It could be because I'm rather childish and I stick my tongue out a lot. From the looks of it she probably keeps you really busy.
