Default I can't believe it's 1,000 !!!!

I can't believe I've posted here 1,000 times already. I've learned so much here on several different forums. I've made friends and gotten a lot of support and good advice.
When I joined this site, I was in the process of taking a course from NYIP...that wasn't working for me and I was angry and frustrated...just couldn't seem to learn like that.
Since coming here, I have learned and keep on learning...thank you Darren.
I can't thank all of you enough...and some of you even more for all of your comments, whether they were uplifting or constructive criticism. I feel that being here has helped me grow as a photographer and I hope you all agree.
I recently did my first actual portrait shoot with my granddaughter and below are some of those shots.

Congrads Leona !
Your contribution here has certainly benefitted all of us, as you know from your own posts, it's lifts the spirit to have someone who's progressing along with you to take time to really look at a post and offer thier input, pointing out elements that grab the attention is how alot of us learn what's really working and perhaps areas for improvement.

And you take alot of your time to comment and it's greatly apprecaited by me ( and I'm sure everyone else.) , I'm really enjoyed watching you try new things and really grow in ability, it's one the best things about DPS .. watching friends get better, while we do the same.

I knew if you dove in you'd get great results from your very beautiful grand daughter, you did a wonderful job of keeping it clean and natural ( unlike my fantasy version lol ) .. I love all of them, more so cause they are yours !! .. you know what a good photo looks like by now and it's obvious if you have to, you can prorduce the goods in Post-prod as evidenced in these photos ! Great work by a good Photographer and Senior member of DPS !!

Vin

The first two are just awesome, very well captured. Your skill and ability's show in your work, I hope to reach your level one day.
