Default Sights around Kentucky

Lindy gave me a heads up that she would be starting a creative thread and so I spent some time last night preparing some shots to post there and ran across some pics that could be shown here but for whatever reason didn't make the cut before.....The first I have included only to show you where I get some of those macros that I post on here....yeah, just a big ole field.....It is a windy exercise walking trail

A barn out there somewhere that I saw when out driving around

Flowers along a roadside fence

This is how it really looked...the plant grew up and drooped its blooms like this....not very sharp, but interesting nonetheless

Thank you for the tour Patrick. I just love seeing the world through DPS and seeing where everyone lives. I will have to at least take some country shots around here. We live in farm country and have lots of crops underway right now. The city is just kind of ugly and not so exciting. I love that barn shot, the contrast of the red tractor and the green ivy really makes it pop!

Ah, I get to see a little bit more of beautiful Kentucky. I like all of these Patrick and all are great photos. The one I like best is the barn. I love the way the ivy clings and adds great colour to the overall view, and what better than an old tractor.. Thanks for sharing a little more of Kentuky.

Dave.

Well now, this helps to explain why you are a beauty magnet. You are surrounded on all sides by things beautiful. I'm also thankful that the Abstract crop assignment helped you locate these shots. I love them all.

That would be good to see what that part of California would look like

I'd love to visit Kentucky...your photos certainly show it's beauty! The barn/tractor shot looks like a postcard, I love that one! And the irises are beautiful...love the colors.

Beautiful walking trail. Great place to spend lunch! the barn is my favorite, with the irises against the fence running a close second. The yellow flower is nice as well. Thanks for the tour.
