Default Nikki Sue Nikon at Anna Ruby Falls

Last weekend we stayed at Unicoi State Park near Helen, GA. Inside Unicoi is access to Anna Ruby Falls, which is really two falls, one formed by Smith Creek and one formed by York Creek, where the two creeks come together as Smith Creek

First a view of the entire falls. Smith Creek on the left, York Creek on the right. Back in the day (35 years or so ago) before everything was so over regulated, Mikey climbed to the top of Smith Creek Falls. If ever I could find the old slide, I'd post it!

While we were there, Nikki sue insisted I take a picture of a Rhododendron bloom, which I'll include to finish the set.:

Mike, these are gorgeous! The third of the waterfall is amazingly silky, and the flower is stunning. All are just beautiful!

Mike this is a gorgeous area as shown by your shots. I wish I could enjoy it about now...would feel really nice to be that close to the water.

Lovely looking place Mike, Ahh, regulations, how did we ever survive without some one telling us what we can and can't do? The third picture is beautiful.

These are really really nice Mike, The 1st one is just about perfect! all 3 waterfall shots are very well composed and presented, you nailed the smooth water.
Your bloom is very nice as well.
Thanks for Sharing these
Michael
