Wow! Awesome shots. I prefer to look at them this way and not so close up and personal, so thanks for sharing them.

Michael, bugs usually freak me out, but these are too beautiful to get freaked out by...especially the dragonfly. Dragonflies for some reason are one bug that I adore, along with butterflies.

Beautiful series, you've really knocked my socks off with these.

Thank You Simplyjoed! My camera is a Canon 40D and the lens I used on all 4 shots is the Sigma 180mm DG OS Macro lens. This is probably my favorite macro lens.

Thank you Susan! Dragonflys are one of my favorites as well; I'm partial to Spiders though, I think it's because I fear them and yet find them facinating.
