Too much PP is entirely dependent on what look you were going for...if you are happy with the look of the image then its not too much PP ...others might disagree...but taste is relative...go with it if you like it

Great capture of the sea gull! Well done. There is a lot of halo around the gull, so the PP might be a little much...

I agree on the halo...I am assuming that the shot was underexposed or the subject was just too far away and the light was more behind the subject which made you play with shadow/highlight too much.
