I know what you mean. Most of the time I have a hard time with my two together. Especially my younger one, she always wants to give me goofy faces and just be silly. I think these are adorable. Catching them in their real element and being the fun loving kids they are. I especially like the second one, he better watch out those sisters are ganging up on him.
Of course the client one is adorable. Love those "catch lights" I am sure Mom and Dad are thrilled. I had another shoot this last Sat. I posted some yesterday. I am slowly getting busier. Word of mouth is finally spreading.
Beautiful work as always! These are keepers!

Man, your kids know how to mug for the camera. That is much better than the formal portrait! What fun! (Client's baby is adorable!)

I adore that first photo, they are just being KIDS. I have been trying, whenever I get the chance to take a decent picture of my four eldest grandchildren, aging from three to one, IMPOSSIBLE....I have another chance coming up but with one extra child, I don't like my chances. I love the photos you have there and the one of your clients son is wonderful.

Thanks! I can usually get good shots of my two girls together but throw in my son and they either start fighting or acting silly, lol

LOL lindyanna, they act like their dad! I had my two girls out one day to take pictures and one got really dirty so I told her she didn't have to take pictures. I turned around and my other daughter was rubbing dirt all over herself so she could get out of taking pictures too....lol

Good luck! It will definitely be a job trying to get them all to do what you want and look at the camera. Why are other people's kids so much easier than your own? lol That's the case for me anyway.

I love the black and white and these are fantastic photos of your kids being kids...sometimes these kind of photos are the best...im not a great lover of stuffy posed photos where kids look miserable...nice job in my unprofessional opinion

Ruthie, I love the first one. You just hear them in 30 years asking why YOU let them look like that.

As always your B&W's are fantastic. Even using your actions, mine don't look like that.

It's lovely to see the kids having fun and so natural too. And how cute is the little baby and what lovely eyes. Great fun captures Ruthie. Thank you for sharing them.

Dave.
