Default Appendix Removal -- Is it Possible???

If you have a teenager, then this will be a familiar sight. Can this appendix be removed, or would removal be fatal ????

FATAL !!!!! I tried once on my girl who will be 15 this Friday ... within moments she started shaking uncontrollably and her breathing became quite labored. Shortly thereafter she informed me in between gasps that she was no longer 'connected' and could not go on. After that her thought pattern was to erratic to understand, and she began walking in circles and bumping into walls. After about the 30th bump into the wall I was afraid of brain damage that would be lasting so I gave the contraption back to her. The moment her fingers touched the keyboard again she began to revive, by the time I heard the familiar beeping sound that signaled another teenager corresponding she was completely better and was off to go hibernate in her cave.

It is not a pretty scene to witness. I suggest giving in and not even trying !!!!

teedlepeep, I am still laughing. Although I cannot identify with the teenage thing...they didn't have cellphones when mine were teens, however, I think a lot of adults are close to as bad....funny.

HaHaHa! Considering my youngest son sent and recieved over 16,000..... that is thousand, messages last month, I do believe it would be fatal! I sat down and broke it down..... that's about 22 messages an hour, but because he sleeps about 12 hours a day, that becomes 44 messages an hour. Thank goodness for unlimited texting!!!!!!!!

That was toooo Funny Teedles! Our Daughter has 4 cellphones! Who needs 4 cell phones? I've watched her text her contacts and I've never seen anyone with thumbs that moved with that kind of precision! It takes me so long to text someone, that I just call them instead.
Thanks for this Thread!

As a teenager myself, I have to admit that my cellphone and ipod are my life. Without them I'd be lost.
Luckily I'm a good kid, so my mother never threatens to take them again.
Now when she says I can't go out with the nice camera... than I get a little erratic as teedlepeep would say.

Thanks for the glimps into my near future. I have an 11 and 6 year old girls. My 11 year old has been bugging me for some time now. I'll be holding out for a while yet. I love the last shot of her in her Natural State.
