Default My cat with new lens :)

After reading the article on this site about photographing pets I decided to give it a try.

It took a bit of patience to get these as I was using the manual focus of my new lens, while she would not stay still - resulting in lots of out of focus shots.

I think these are the best I managed to get.

I'm more of a dog person, but she looks adorable....they never seem to cooperate..dog or cat.

Love that first one! The DOF is great, the colors are great, and she looks relaxed. I like the black and white one also, very nice, all of them are very nice!

I just read that article last night myself. You knocked it out of the park with these. You are a quick study! Great shots of your beautiful kitty cat. I also really love the b&w conversion. Great set of photos!
