Default From Earlier This Year...

Hi everyone. We have been hard at work on our home. While painting my wife found some dry rot and I have been hard at it on that problem. And it's in the 100's with 50% humidity. Kansas, I love it.

At any rate, enough of that noise. I thought I would drag out a few shots from the St. Patrick's Day parade here in Wichita. It was a bit cooler then, maybe that will help me cool down.

This first shot is of one of the many bag pipers we had in our parade.

Next is a gunfighter reenactor that rode in the parade. Back in the old west, if a man gave you a look like this, you had better been properly armed!

These folks "rode" in the parade too, then they lined up and watched the parade come back to the post parade rally area. I have the Mrs to thank for this image, she spotted them first.

Last but not least. This image should probably come with a warning. This scoundrel... is none other than yours truly. If I have caused your small children to run screaming from the room, I do apologize. Note: That's my wife behind the view finder.

Thanks for stopping by for a look. Have a great week. Photography school tomorrow, yippie!!!

Thanks for the nice words. I think we may have you on humidity, give me a cool day, by a Salmon stream in Alaska. I've had enough heat.
