Default First Post & First Shots w/new DSLR - Water Necklace

I just bought my "dream" camera a few days ago, a Canon Rebel XSi 450D, and this shot is the first one I took after reading the manual for several hours the night before. It is also my first post here in DPS, so apologies if I failed to do it correctly.

That's a really nice shot. Good DoF and composition. Welcome to DPS and good luck with the camera.

Welcome to DPS! This is a very nice 1st post! Love the Focus and the Perspective. The water drops on the spider web works very well. Enjoy that new camera, learn to use it in the creative modes as well and you'll be on your way to a really great adventure!!!
Thanks for sharing this
Michael.
