Default Ferry cross the Mersey!!!!

You know, its funny how you look back on some of your old shots and you find one that at the time of taking it, you feel it wasn't that interesting. Then a couple of months later you look at them again and Bang! one hits you and you think, hey that ones pretty good. Well heres one of them shots I thought it was weel worth a post. Its of Liverpool taken from across the Mersey at New Brighton. Hope you like it!!!!

Looks better in large size on Flickr so please feel free to have a look.

Liverpool skyline

Thanks for looking.

Nicely done Dave, I know this beach so well because I live five minutes from here. The fishing is good especially at low water, which it looks to be, and behind you is the fort and lake where I get my gull pictures. Excellent work buddy, love it

What a great shot.

I can't wait to get back to Liverpool and take that Ferry ride again.

Wish I was there.

Cheers,

From Cold Sydney Australia

Really nice picture, colours are great and the composition perfect. Spent some time as a youngster on the Wirral, but the Liverpool skyline looked a lot different then!!!
