Default Our little hike

My hubby and I went to a great little place in Alabama called Dismals Canyon. It is a really great place, with all kinds of rock formations and beautiful trees and waterfalls. These are a few of my favorite. I hope you enjoy. Oh and this was the first time I have ever shot a waterfall, but I am learning.

Thank you so much for looking and for your comments. The first one is my favorite also. I still have much to learn when it comes to waterfalls, but I think we will go back so I can practice, practice, practice.

Mike and Gulpa, thank you so much. Windrider, you just come down anytime. I have lived here all my life, and never knew about all of these places like this I have practically in my backyard. I always talked of traveling on a larger scale to get good photographs, only to realize I can just look out my back door almost.
