Default Trip to the falls(NOT niagara)

Balls Falls is a conservation area on the niagara escarpment...interesting there was a settlement with a saw mill, limestone kilns ets.
The falls

and the church built in 1864
P7061022

P7061025

and on the way I took this, but did not see the bee until I downloaded it!!!

These are excellent captures Douglas. The first one really gives the feeling of the power of the water, and a lovely church, I like how the eye follows the path taking you right into the next picture, inside the church and a lovely flower and a cute little bee. Very nice Douglas.

Dave.

Thanks Jake. The water was a bit muddy...all the rain we've had!

Thanks, I still don't know how I missed him. The Church was very nice...and they have weddings there, with lots of room for a reception etc.. Douglas

Douglas, this is a very pleasing series and it looks like you had a very interesting day. I'll have to admit, that I too, have had a surprise critter in my shots from time to time.

Thanks Mike
As long as it's only a bee, and not a snake or something like that.LOL
