Default Fireworks from the ground up

All of the fireworks sets are just wonderful, and I have truly enjoyed them all. Michelle and I read all the tips here on DPS and even some tips in books we have, and off we went to the family bbq and fireworks display. We don't have the good fortune of an air show, so we made our own fun. Here are some shots from our evening.

fireworks2

and lastly, this one reminds me of an old fashioned broomstick.

Thank you for looking at these !

Hello Michelles mom. Wow nice job with the fireworks. The first three are lovely but the last one is extra special. I agree with the broomstick but I love the composition and the colours are gorgeous. Lovely work toyvlle, I hope the babies were indoors lol.

Dave.

Great shots Mom! I think the first and last ones are my favorites of these 4. #4 does look like a broomstick, very cool! I know for a fact you have many, many more. I have not edited mine as of yet. To busy playing with the puppy pics. I will get to them eventually. We will have to find an air show some time in the future. I know with all this knowledge gained here at DPS we could both get some winners. I had a fabulous time with you yesterday as I always do. Love you!

What great shots. I can hear the John Phillip Sousa band in the background.

You had good exposures on these fireworks shot. Looks like you really had fun the whole day.
I wish there would be fireworks here in my place too so I can shoot them.

Thank you, we try every year to get a good shot of the fireworks, and while there is still room for improvement, I'm pleased with what we got this year, many thanks to DPS and everyone here . Yes, all the babies were safely locked inside for the night. Thank you !

I really like backyard fireworks - these images have lots of "fizz" if you know what I mean - and I hope that poor old witch doesn't come looking for her hazel broom...

Hiyas Michelle's mom

quite difficult to shoot fireworks, I think you an awesome job and I epscially like the 3rd shot as well .. it's simple and elegant with great color .. well done !

I think it's great both of you enjoy carrying a camera and shooting photos together .. My mom is great at " shots of floor and her thumb ! " but she's a great cook ! lol

thanks for showing them !
