NICE! Must have been windy... It started raining here about 7PM tonight so I wasn't about to take my camera out for firework pics if they even had them.

Thanks everyone. Yes it was windy. I am lucky enough to be able to set in my driveway ontop of a small hill and shot these which are about 1/2 mile from my house.

wow, really, really good shots! amazing fireworks display too! it's wonderful how sharp you got them! the wind thing though, seems like it's hard to get a good balance between NO wind, which leaves you with hazy, smoky shots, and too much wind! but nonetheless your shots are perfect in every way!

great job Wes .. not so easy to shoot fireworks ( learned that tonight lol ) .. but alot of fun .. you did really well, all 4 are really good ! .. Love the Palm tree look in a few .. great color and comp.

Nice shots the second one down looks like a flower, rather neat side effect
