He gets more handsome every time we see him Jeff. He is a lovely dog and he should be proud of you for the way you show him off with your excellent photography.
The spider...... I havent got a clue, what I do know is that if I showed my son David saw this picture, he would run a mile. lol good job he is away for the weekend.
Great capture of this man eating monster. lol

I think that must be the best spider shot I've seen in a long while...can't identify it, but awesome shot. The dog is gorgeous, as are all dogs, but he's a handsome devil. Lucky you.

Dog is cute lookin, Spider looks like a Banana/Black Argiope hybrid...

similar, but not sure exactly

Check it out, the legs look pretty similar, but the body of the Banana spiders seem to vary quite a bit. But this is my guess

What a gorgeous dog Jeff. He is just beautiful. He has really grown since I last him here on DPS. Looks very healthy and happy. I bet he is a ball of energy. Just what your kids need to keep them busy. That spider gives me the ultimate heee beee geee beee's! I don't know what he is. I have a major case of arachnophobia and he is about the ugliest one I have ever seen. You captured him beautifully by the way. How close did you get? Closer then I would have I am sure.
