Any big game hunters ? I don't myself, but don't have a problem with it..

They are not crystal clear,I never had time to settle and was shooting at long range and MF, none the less first decent shots of a buck for me !

You do not get close to Bucks.. they kept a good distance, but I kept at it for a while, follwing them as close as I dare



I shot a ton of the back of his head and them walking away



,, finally I just whistled and he stopped and looked up


I am glad for the opportunity after spotting him .. not once was I in a good position, it's as if he knew which way to go to screw up the shot ! LOL

I have quite of bit improvement before mine start looking like Primetime's.. but aleast I know what they are supposed to look like !.. Thanks Buddy for the Motivation !!!

I don't know Vin - but they look like images from a professional publication .. like the first one a lot .. gosh he looks healthy .. great job and an A+ for never giving up on him for that one final frame .. super job

Wow, vin! A tribute to me Thanks bud!! You did a fantastic job on all of these. We both know how hard it is to get good shot at them. And they will almost always go the direction you don't want them to.

That's a couple of sweet looking bucks you found. I love the last two. Great composition and colors. And the two racks side by side is a cool shot.

That's one thing about wildlife photography, you have to earn it. You have to get into position, think fast on your feet, compose and take the shot in a couple of seconds or your chance is gone. It's exciting and frustrating all at the same time, and there is nothing like the rush you get when everything works out.

They still have around a month to grow yet. In that time, they can put on 6 or more inches of tine length. I've seen them grow 4 inches in 2 1/2 weeks. There is a good chance if you sit and wait in the same area, they will walk by and give you some close-ups. Bucks will hold tight to a core area at this time of year. It's not uncommon to see them feed in the same place day after day.

Great job again vin, and thank you for the tribute. I really enjoyed this set and can't wait to see the next. Have a great 4th !!!!

Wow Vin, you found some more awesome subjects. They are so beautiful and majestic. My Dad, my uncles and my cousins are all big game hunters. Big family thing they do every year together. They would all want to shoot these guys with their rifles and bows. For me on the other hand, I would love to shoot them just the way you did. You captured them so beautifully. I agree that the third shot is really cool with the two racks right next to each other. Great series of nature at her best!

Great shots on these guys. I quit chasing them with something other than a camera a few years prior to moving to PR. I never tired of viewing them, just decided I liked them better in the wild than on the wall. One of these guys is going to be a beauty especially if he can make it another few years. Keep shooting them, they will be in the summer range pretty much as long as the food supply holds out.

There is no wild creature on earth safe from a perfect photo from you. I specifically speak of #2. Undeniably perfect.

And I am of course kidding when I say stop! I see a whole new aspect of wildlife photography opening its arms up to you.

Beautiful shots ! My husband is a hunter, you really got his attention with these, LOL. I personally prefer the camera to a gun. Love the 3rd and 4th shots the best ! looking forward to seeing more.
