Let me take this moment to welcome you to the forum. Also to give you a word of advice, its not always a good idea to walk around taking pictures of other peoples cars. If I recall correctly, you need to have them sign a release.

I would imagine that unless you have the registration or something that personalises the car then maybe but your picture could be any 5 series BMW from anywhere in the world.
I cannot see this ever being an issue.
Nice angle though.

Unless you tried to sell/use the picture in a way that's other than personal I don't think it'd be a problem, since parking lots are public, and you can pretty much take pictures of anything you can see from the public - for personal use.

I like the composition!

By posting that picture on this site, it means you need a release. You never if someone will be able to Id there car or not. If they do Id there car, they are going to be mad and you could end up in some trouble.

Nice shot. I wouldn't worry about the release bs unless you're making money off of it.

Obtaining a release is not BS, wether your making money off of it or not. People do not like having their personal property photographed by others, without their permission. Go on google and search for storys on the subject. It doesnt always turn out well for the random photographer.
