Yes - that is fine. Interaction is the raison d'être of the site. What the rule aims to avoid is Share Your Shots getting swamped by one or two people who aren't interacting at all but just splurging their back catalogue onto the site. Between us, we've got millions of photos and before we introduced the rule (when we had less members!) it was getting so busy that it was hardly worth posting in SYS at all.
