Default Working on a Saturday...

is no fun, but sometimes a nice photo op pops up. This li'l feller landed right by the window near my cube.

When I lived back east these red winged black birds were everywhere along the road...I haven't seen one in some time...beautiful shots

WOW! that first one there is a real winner i'm glad you had your camera with you or you might have missed out on this wonderful photo! i'm really digging the darkness of the photo too, gives it a certain vibe/mood. Kimi

Thanks all! Leona, that's interesting. I'm an east-coaster myself, but I don't really know much about the native species of birds 'round these parts (though I have heard that it is pretty diverse...)
