Default Atempt at portraits... not sooo good but hey I am here to learn =)

Used a theme I saw Villafane do so here goes this is my other half's lil lad and usually he does the posing .. so I snap when he is not paying attention to avoid the peace signs etc lol

And the second two are a lil girl who is my neighbours gorgeous little lady "playing" at wimbledon....lol

Hope you enjoy

Very nice pics, FOG. I especially like the first and last ones. Was it your intent to make the second one slightly out of focus? The setting of the second one looks like a fantastic place to take some portraits... or even just landscape photos. The little girl also looks like a great little subject. She could definately portray Goldilocks... so cute.

Thanks for sharing.

like them all but love #2 .. the way he's looking away and with your focus seeming to do the same to the water makes it really interesting to me ..

Nicely done, and I think you've shown great creativity in the poses and composition.

Greats start, portraits are a wreck for me. I like all but number 2, kind of looks like your subject jumped in the middle of a landscape photo.
