Default Walking in the HOT with my niece

Whew!! ok i went out walking (same walk), didn't forget my sunblock this time so i'm not crispy or lobstery! Took my 8 yr. old niece with me and my twin sister. just wanted to share some of the pics so thanks for looking...
Found this little weed growing in a crack in the pavement and thought it looked pretty with the sun lighting it up
Photobucket
pretty flowers, probably should've lightened this pic a little... just uploaded and got straight on DPS though
Photobucket
I can never stop myself from taking photos of the sun through leaves

Very beautiful shots! The first one is wonderful, especially. I love the contrast between the pavement and the green weed!

Your first shot is nice and has a lot of possibilities for PP work. Your portrait of your neice is very good.

I actually kind of like how the flowers turned out. Very nice contrast between the in-focus but shaded flower and the brighter out of focus one in the background.

Wonderful shots, Kimi. Keep 'em comin'.

Kimi, nice shots. I love how the weed is sprouting in the middle of the pavement and basically saying "bite me" to the rest of the world...
