Default Tiger Lily in Bloom

They start off curled up facing upward then bloom and turn toward the ground. Got on my back and took a couple shots.

This one I shot straight up to a blue sky Centerweighted. I thought it was neat how the background blacked out.

those shots are superb! i absolutely love the second one!! the colors of the flowers are amazing, and like you said, the way the sky blacked out is really nice... really makes the flowers pop even more than they would otherwise

the colors are vibrant and stunning .. the 1st is like a ribbon bow .. wow .. exposure is spot-on .. very well photographed

Thanks for all the great the comments. I am glad you all enjoyed them. I stand corrected. I wnet back out and looked at the lilies and found out that they turn upside down when they bud. So the first picture was shot looking down, so you are having a look at the front side and the back side. Great site.
