Default Macro Days

Today I'm presenting some Macros that I captured on Sunday. 3 of them are extreme close ups, take with the Canon MP-E-65mm Macro lens. I'm getting a little better with it. It takes a steady hand to use it hand held.

But 1st; one last Lotus shot.

I thought you had perfected this a long time ago, but this set is much better. All are great, but two and three are exceptional. Great shots.

What a selection of pictures, I saw the first one and was impressed as always, but the remaining three are simply stunning.
You know what I'm like with bugs Michael, but I'm fascinated by the detail you managed to capture especially on pictures 2 + 3, even the ant, ( don't much care for ants ) is a great shot, congratulations, what a nice job

Thanks Fred! I have a long way to go on useing the MP-E-65. It's basically a microscope for a camera and difficult to use at anymore than 2X without a tripod.
