You found some very nice shots on the bike ride. I was looking at the first shot for a bit, then it finally hit that there is a huge snapper on the right side. The water and the plant get the attention at first, but that's okay as in the real world you would probably notice that first then jump like crazy once you spotted the turtle. Well done on all the shots, composition and color are great.

Thanks Fred,

Yeah! the turtle is easily missed if you don't look, and he was BIG!!! but its still like a Where's Waldo!!

The composition on the windmill was tough, there was nothing near it of any substance to try and balance it with. I took some ignoring the thirds rule and centered the thing, and then got a couple from across the river and between a tree too try and frame it out, I wish it was moving more, the "motion" shot would have made them a lot better...

I like your pictures Garen, and I'm particularly drawn to the first and last.
I like the water and the rocks and the location in the first picture, and the final one with the lighthouse is well framed and thoughtfully composed, nice job

Thanks Beach,

Yeah, I was trying to find a cool way to compose the lighthouse and ended up laying on the bridge and shooting through all the support X's, while trying not to get hit by the other bikers cruising by on the bridge!!!
