Default Waiting for Mom's Return.

This little guy was patiently waiting for mom to return(and putting up with me photographing him.) You should have seen him when mom popped out of the woods. Reminded me of the greeting a dog gives when you first get home from work.

I've been after shots like this all spring and i finally got a few. Enjoy!!!

I'm utterly speechless. These photo are beautiful! The first and third photo, with him sitting amongst the pine cones, helps explain his markings. The pattern is so similar to scales on the cones and you can see he is beautifully camouflaged. That look of anticipation for mom's return is priceless and magazine good!

What a Beautiful Post! I absolutely love the last Capture. Your wait was worth it! All three of these are as good as I've ever seen. Well done!
Thanks for Sharing these
Michael.
