FYI, these were taken at what is called Thoroughbred Park on the East entrance to downtown...it also has fountains where the kids can play......We are all about horses and basketball around here!

Nicely done, Patrick! This is certainly a good lesson on capturing a subject from many different perspectives.

I agree Patrick. You really nailed it with the different perspectives. Exposure is also spot on! Good work!

Nice job patrick, these are all excellent shots. The first one looks like a real race. Those statue's have alot of detail.

Aww man, I really didn't shoot with that in mind....I just wanted to capture the details to show the gang....now I'll have to go back down another day to choose just one horse and shoot about 30 shots covering all the perspectives.....sounds like a good project to me

We tend to have alot of that sort of stuff around here and around the South in general. I have lived out West in California and Seattle and have noticed a lack of these types of displays.....San Jose?? Well they could build a statue of some software!?? Ha!
