Greetings my DPS friends, I would like to share with you the results of a fruitful day.
For the last few months I've been focused ( no pun intended ) on wildlife, learning the craft and paying dues, I've gotten quite a bit of help from some pretty awesome photographers both in the techincal and creative aspects of the art. It gives me great pleasure to pay some of it back, those who follow my progress know that I try and balance a lack of experiance with determination and an obsessive need to learn.. so without further blah blah blah , I have reached a personal goal and I present to you my OSPREY Chicks ![]() they are very hungry and crying out with mom for daddy to come home with a fish, I waited for 2 hours.. but I guess the fishing wasn't so good and the male didn't return while I was there. Here's another angle, ![]() I suppose in a few weeks, they will start testing thier wings... thus the saga continues, but I got my chicks in the nest shot I've wanted for quite some time I owe alot to this place..the encouragement to stay with it, the inspriation to go and find my own path and develop a style ,sharing with me the knowledge of how to make the photos come out correct and to have purpose and value are just some of what's passed back and forth here at DPS.. Celebrate my success everyone, I could not have gotten these without being a member here ! thanks for taking a look, from a happy photographer ! Vin

You are are probabaly one of the most tenaceous photographers I have ever met. Rarely do you see such dedication to an art form and I'm pleased you have the results that merit your hard work.
I'm impressed Vin, excellent work my friend ![]() beach |

Vin I am speechless, how wonderful! Just look at those hungry beaks. Wow what a story. Those little ones can sure open their mouths. Cannot wait to see your captures of them being fed, I just KNOW it is gonna happen. In a word... AWESOME!
