These captures are gorgeous Ftboah and the colours are lovely. Its nice when other members inspire us to look at things a little differently than we normally would. You did a fantastic job with these.

Oh fer heaven's sake. Why would the sight of a Prickle Poppy bring mist to my eyes? I guess because they belong to old memories of country roads and places that have nutured my soul. I call them "Ladies Hankies". Thank you. Now to prickly pear blooms. I love the hitch hiking grasshopper for starters. Even more, though, are the blooms, especially the orange sherbert. In original size is pure delight. A rose has nothing on one of these beauties. Isn't it a privilege to know and be known by a camera?
